1. Where do you ship to and how long does it take to receive my Cellstones?
Currently, we offer our services to Germany and Switzerland.
Using conservative estimates, standard processing may take 4–6 weeks from ordering to receiving the final product. This might vary based on external factors.
Expedited options are available at an additional cost to shorten these times to 2-3 weeks and can be selected during checkout.
2. What is included in each Cellstone tier?
Each tier—Ultimate, Premium, and Standard—offers a unique combination of Cellstones, colors, sizes, and features. For details, pleae check our comparison table.
3. Why are there multiple identical Cellstones included per tier?
We include multiple identical Cellstones to serve as backups, ensuring your ring or other jewelry piece remains special for as long as possible. If your Cellstone is damaged or lost, your jeweler or goldsmith can quickly replace it with one of the backups.
Proposal rings also often require resizing after the proposal, a process that can damage the Cellstone. With the included backups, you can propose with the fully completed ring—including the Cellstone containing your cells—and then have it resized effortlessly, using a backup Cellstone when needed.
This approach reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and ensures your personalized jewelry can last a lifetime.
4. Can I mix colors or sizes within a tier and have different numbers of them?
Mixing colors and sizes is available only with the Ultimate tier. You can choose up to 20 stones and divide them into as many as 4 sets, each with its own quantity, size, and color. You can also decide for each set whether to include only your cells, only your partner’s, or a blend of both.
For example, you might order:
•10 cylindrical Cellstones at 1 mm in diameter, pink, using your partner’s cells
•5 cylindrical Cellstones at 2 mm in diameter, turquoise, using only your cells
•5 cylindrical Cellstones at 3 mm in diameter, with a 50/50 cell blend
Or simply select 20 identical Cellstones—same size, color, and cell source—to use as extra backups or in other jewelry pieces. Once you choose the Ultimate tier, you’re free to configure your perfect combination.
The Premium and Standard tiers are great when you only need one size and one color per order. The difference between the two are the Cellstone quantity, color, and mixing options.
5. Which colors are available for each Cellstone tier?
• The Standard Tier is limited to Crystal.
• The Premium Tier includes 6 vibrant color options: Crystal, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Red, Lime, Pink. For an additional cost, you can also select Ultimate Tier colors.
• The Ultimate Tier offers the full range of 16 vibrant colors: Crystal, Pink, Aqua, Brown, Yellow, Violet, Turquoise, Caramel, Orange, Purple, Pale Teal, Gray, Red, Blue, Lime, Black.
6. In case I change my mind, can I upgrade or downgrade my Cellstone tier after placing an order?
Yes, you can upgrade your tier if the Cellstones have not yet been created. Note that if you decide to upgrade to Ultimate tier, we do require sending another isolation kit as two collection tubes are necessary for that tier, which will increase the processing time.
Downgrading is only possible before we receive your samples, as additional steps are involved at higher tiers.

8. Is there a warranty for the Cellstones?
Yes, for the entire Cellstone set (considered as the product), there is a 2-year warranty included against defects in material or workmanship. This means that if all your backup Cellstones are used within 2 years due to failures of the previous ones, you can claim a warranty.
We aim for our customers to enjoy their personalized rings for a lifetime. For this reason, we include for all product tiers multiple back-ups.
Since we do not install the Cellstone into the ring or jewelry item, the jeweler or goldsmith assumes responsibility for the proper incorporation of the Cellstone.

9. What does the certificate include?
The digital certificate is included with all tiers and provides details about the creation process along with general information. This includes the origin of the cells, microscopy images of the cell types encountered, and the number of cells contained in each Cellstone.
