This guarantee is designed to remove any worry you might have about ordering Cellstones. If you're unsure whether your partner or loved one will love the Cellstone concept, you can place your order with confidence. If they don’t like the concept and you choose not to keep the Cellstones for future use, we’ll refund the full purchase amount!

Please note that this guarantee does not cover disliking the color or shapeUnlike shoes or clothing, Cellstones are highly personalized and involve significant production costs, technology, and expertise needs. For this reason, once the guarantee has been used, we reserve the right to deny future purchases.

You are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase amount if the following criteria are met:

1. The request must be made within 8 months of receiving the product.
2. The guarantee applies only if the recipient is not satisfied with the Cellstone personalized jewelry. To validate this, we require
   1. A photo of the item with the Cellstone integrated
   2. A photo of the item after the Cellstone has been removed
3. The complete product must be returned to Bio Bling Ltd., including all of the following:
   • The box containing the display box
   • The display box containing the Cellstones
   • All Cellstones, including any that were used in the jewelry
   • Any additional benefits associated with the purchase (e.g., discount coupon codes from our partner network) will be revoked
4. You are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

We will review the submitted information and inspect the returned product for compliance. Once approved, your full purchase cost will be refunded within 30 days.
